Privacy notice

The contact form on this site

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, the plan you're interested in, and any message you write. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and set up an account if you decide to go ahead.

That information is stored in our database and also emailed to us at reqapco@gmail.comso we see it promptly. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or send you marketing you didn't ask for. We keep it only as long as we need it to follow up with you.

If you use the REQAP app

For customers with an account, REQAP stores the data your organisation puts into the system — requests, approvals, budgets, vendors, payment vouchers, and the user accounts of your team. That data belongs to your organisation. Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's. You can export it, and on request we delete it.

Your choices & deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including a contact-form submission you'd like removed. Email reqapco@gmail.comand we'll handle it.
